The Digital Forensics Conference Europe 2027 (DFRWS Europe 2027) invites researchers, practitioners, academics, industry professionals and students to contribute original work advancing the field of digital forensics.

##Submission Categories

Full Research Papers

Original research contributions will undergo double-blind peer review and may be published in the conference proceedings. Selected articles may also be considered for publication in a special issue of Forensic Science International: Digital Investigation. (DFRWS)

Presentations & Demonstrations

Practitioners and researchers can submit approximately 500-word proposals for presentations, demonstrations, industry research, tools, case studies or emerging forensic practices.

Posters

Researchers can present ongoing research, preliminary findings and emerging work through the conference poster session.

Workshops

Proposals for 2–4 hour hands-on workshops covering specialised digital-forensics tools, techniques and research areas are also invited.

##Digital Forensics Doctoral Symposium

DFRWS Europe 2027 will also host the Digital Forensic Doctoral Symposium (DFDS 2027), providing doctoral researchers with an opportunity to present early-stage research, receive feedback and connect with the international digital-forensics research community.

##Student Opportunity

DFRWS also offers a Student Scholarship and Award Program. One or more scholarships may be awarded to students who are first authors of accepted research papers and present their work in person at the conference. (DFRWS)
