About the Opportunity

EY is inviting applications for the position of Analyst – Forensics within its National – ASU – Forensics, Investigations & Compliance team in Noida.

The role is part of EY’s forensic and integrity services practice, which supports organizations and their legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, addressing regulatory challenges and managing ethical and reputational risks.

The position offers an opportunity to work across industries and contribute to forensic investigations, background verification and compliance-oriented activities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate may be involved in:

• Supporting backgroundg verification (BGV) and investigative review processesh.
• Conducting research and validating information from multiple sources.
• Applying knowledge of BGV practices and compliance-oriented forensic procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining MIS reports, with attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Documenting findings and supporting case-handling activities.
• Working collaboratively with multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
• Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to investigative and forensic assignments.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• A Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Working knowledge of background verification and compliance-related forensic processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle information accurately.
